New Redundant Power Busways Installed

The ACIS lab has installed two redundant modular power busways to expand our server room's power capacity by 130 kW. Combined with our existing capacity, this brings ACIS up over 200 kW of usable power.

These busways hang over the racks and have hot-pluggable modules that can be manufactured with nearly any power connection. This provides us with a great deal of flexibility in the type and location of equipment that we can run in our room.
